Airfox receives award honoring work in customer experience

Airfox has been recognized as an industry leader for Digital Wallet Innovation in the “Customer Experience” category by Aite Group, a global research and advisory firm. The award signifies Airfox’s commitment to provide a quality product for our users.

Aite Group selected Airfox as the Digital Wallet Impact Innovation Award for Customer Experience.

Customer experience encompasses the customer’s interactions and overall relationship with an organization as determined by product and market orientation, quality of service, and emotional impact.

The Impact Innovation Award was presented to Airfox at the recent 2019 Mobile Payment Conference. Justin Hoffmann, Airfox executive vice president, accepted the award on the company’s behalf.

“We are delighted to recognize and celebrate innovation achieved by leading digital wallet providers,” said Thad Peterson, senior analyst on the Retail Banking & Payments team at Aite Group. “Digital wallets are leading an explosion of innovation in the payment ecosystem, and it’s great to have an opportunity to recognize the leaders of this revolution. After careful review, the entry from Airfox clearly exhibited this,” he added.

Earlier this year, Aite Group launched a redesigned awards program centered around digital wallets, in conjunction with its recently announced digital wallet database. The awards focus on innovative ideas that are changing the way digital commerce is done around the world. Airfox was selected as a leader in the digital payment space, excelling by providing customers with an innovative and user-friendly banking experience.
